Service
You send me an email when something is not working. I take a look and fix it. No support levels, no queue, no handing you on to second-line support.
One price, one contact person, all technical problems.
Whatever is not working for you, you report by email. As often as you like, with no quota and no timesheet. I fix it and get back to you when it is running.
On working days usually much faster. You always know that someone is taking care of it, instead of disappearing into an inbox.
You write to the person who built your software. No first contact who has to ask someone else first, and no stock answer from a knowledge base.
Because your setup comes from me, I do not have to read up on it first. That is why a fix takes minutes here and not days.
Deliberately simple. One channel, one process.
Briefly, what is not working, and a screenshot if possible. You do not need technical language, just describe it the way you see it.
I check directly in your setup what is causing it. If I need something from you, I ask in the same email instead of sending you back and forth between forms.
You get a reply telling you what the cause was and what I changed. If there is a bigger rebuild behind it, I tell you so openly before anything happens.
This support belongs to our software. That is why it is possible at this price at all.
In many cases the logical continuation of a project we built for you. If you run our software, this keeps your operations covered for the long term. If you are unsure whether your case is included, drop me a line beforehand.
By email to support@startandconnect.com. That is the only channel, and that is deliberate: everything is recorded in writing, can be read back and nothing gets lost. A dedicated form for this will come later.
You hear from me within a day, on working days usually within a few hours. That is the commitment for the reply. How long the fix takes depends on the fault, and I tell you that honestly in the same email.
Because I know every corner of our software and am fast as a result. With third-party systems I would have to work my way into every request from scratch. That would be expensive for you and unpredictable for me, which is why it costs considerably more there or I do not offer it.
No, that is a project with its own quote. Write to me anyway and I will estimate the effort for you. The line is simple: what is broken is support. What is newly added is development.
Yes, monthly, with no minimum term and without giving a reason. Support ends at the end of the month, your software keeps running as normal.
If your business depends on the software and an outage costs you money, yes. If you can manage technically on your own and can cope with outages, the normal contact through your products is enough for you.
Tell me briefly which of our software you use and what is not working right now. Then I will tell you whether the support is a fit for you.
Technical support can only be booked by customers we have discussed it with beforehand. If you have a password from us, enter it here.
